Business as Virtual

A visual identity for one of Amsterdam’s leading virtual assistants — blending structure with symbolism to reflect clarity, intuition and cultural depth.

Task

Challenge Translating intuition into structure. The main challenge was to design a logo that balances clarity and depth—capturing both the structured mindset of a seasoned virtual assistant and the subtle, intuitive strength that defines Brigitte’s way of working. It wasn’t just about a professional look, but about visualising her presence: calm, sharp, and grounded.

    A visual system rooted in meaning. The strategy was to create an identity that resonates beyond function. Inspired by Native American symbolism, the design revolves around the "shaman’s eye"—a reference to observation, vision and guidance. This became the conceptual anchor for the brand: a visual metaphor for Brigitte’s clarity, awareness and inner compass.

    Precision meets presence. The logo design combines strong geometry with subtle storytelling. Layers, rhythm and colour reflect Brigitte’s cultural roots and her ability to bring order into complexity. The integrated arrow shapes suggest focus and protection, while the symmetrical grid structure speaks to trust and reliability. A bold yet elegant presence—just like the woman behind the business.
